A disciple of jazz legend Gregory Hutchinson, Ronan Ristord studied at Berklee College of Music. A popular sideman on the Paris jazz scene, he now performs as a leader. His music is rooted in swing and jazz standards, but never forgets the beauty of this art form: improvisation!
From his early days in the 1960s, from Latin jazz to avant-garde, jazz-rock and jazz fusion (his preferred style), Chick Corea has influenced many musicians in one way or another, especially the pianists who play at Le Baiser Salé. He never stopped playing, experimenting and surprising us.
