Linda Lee Hopkins has made her mark on stages and studios the world over. In 2002, she lent her voice to DJ Bob Sinclar's hit The Beat Goes On, before directing the famous Gospel for 100 Voices, which set venues like Bercy on fire. Based in France since 1991, she has collaborated with major artists such as Ray Charles, Gloria Gaynor, Bernard Lavilliers and Ben l'Oncle Soul, who gave her a new lease of life with the track Hallelujah!!! (J'ai tant besoin de toi) in 2013.

With Spirit & Soul, Linda signs a deeply personal album rooted in Afro-American traditions. This first solo opus is a crossroads of genres, blending gospel, soul and blues. Each track reflects both her musical heritage and her life's journey, in intense, meaningful compositions co-written with Christophe Lardeau. This album at last puts the spotlight on an artist who has long remained in the shadow of the greats, revealing an uncommon sensitivity and authenticity.

On stage, Linda magnifies this universe with performances charged with emotion and energy. With Spirit & Soul, she invites us into an intimate and vibrant encounter, celebrating the very essence of music.
