Festive or dreamlike, sometimes romantic, the music composed by guitarist Paul de Robillard transcends Afro-Cuban tradition.

Influenced by the innovations of popular Latin music in New York and Havana in the 60s, Paul uses the conversational tools and polyrhythmic superimpositions of modern jazz (particularly Steve Coleman's) to invent an electric Latin jazz.
