A carte blanche and a dream team that promises to be as daring as it is talented, with these four fantastic musicians: Paloma, Nicholas, Leo, and Jon!
An accomplished rhythmist and inspired composer, Jon works "in-body" with different sonic materials, from blues to rock, from groove to African roots, and even world music. His talent has given him the privilege of playing with Eric Serra, Omar Pene, Etienne M'Bappé, Defunkt, Hadrien Feraud, Zap Mama, Fatoumata Diawara, Woz Kaly, Magma, Carla Bruni, and Sly Johnson, who are just a few of his collaborations. Since her first solo album Rabia (La Rage), Paloma has toured the stage with her committed lyrics, drawing on her family history and exploring various musical styles: flamenco, hip-hop, jazz, electro, African music and even Spanish classical music. A jazz globetrotter, Leo Montana is a pianist and composer of rare finesse, rhythm and lyricism. The pianist with his fiery and inventive lyricism was born in La Paz, grew up in Brazil and lived in Guadeloupe where he was overwhelmed by Gwoka "this machine, this sound that came out of there, which reminded me of what I had seen in Brazil, but which I could not explain." A musician, producer, and music director, he has collaborated with renowned artists such as Hamza, Slimane, Mayra Andrade, Etienne Mbappe, Lara Fabian, Jorja Smith, Vitaa, Ibeyi, Angélique Kidjo, Saïan Supa Célébration, Paco Sery, and many others. Nicholas is also co-founder of the band Monsieur Mâlâ, with whom he won a Victoire du Jazz in 2024. That same year, he was named second best foreign keyboardist of the year. These distinctions reflect a career marked by musical exploration and the constant pursuit of excellence.
