Three big names for a high-flying jazz evening!
OSCAR TERUEL was born and raised in the southern Alps. He began studying music at the age of 4 at
conservatoire de Digne-les-Bains.
He developed a keen interest in jazz and improvisation.
After two years at the CRR d'Aix-en-Provence, where he obtained his diploma, he returned to
CNSMD de Paris in 2022, where he studied with Paul Lay and Pierre de Bethmann.
Influenced by pianists such as Gerald Clayton, Brad Mehldau, Herbie Hancock and Ahmad Jamal, he navigates between tradition and modernity.
In 2023, he won the special jury prize at the Chorus international jazz piano competition in Lausanne.
SHIMON GAMBOURG New York double bassist, known for his technical mastery and musical expressiveness. Gambourg studied at the Juilliard School, where he honed his skills under the tutelage of some of the world's finest musicians.
Over the years, Shimon Gambourg has collaborated with numerous world-renowned orchestras and ensembles, performing in prestigious concert halls across the globe.
He has been described as a "prodigious talent" (NYC Jazz Record) and a "formidable musical presence" (Todd Reynolds).

Drummer, composer and producer BENJAMIN SANZ worked with music masters before founding his own band. He has also served on or initiated numerous projects influenced by the currents of black American and African music, such as the Benkadi group with Hervé Samb, the large Afro-Cuban free music ensemble Los Pistoleros Del Infinito, and the Divine Pocket Bouncers quartet.
As a sideman, he has played internationally with David Murray, Archie Shepp, Oliver Lake, Sabir Mateen, Joëlle Léandre, Mike Ladd, Napoleon Maddox and Iswhat, Roy Campbell, Bobby Few, Lobi Traore, Abdoulaye Traore, to name but a few.
