Presentation of the Fifth Edition of the Festival
Jazz in Noyon 2025 aims to promote jazz culture throughout its region, and since 2025 has been committed to actively supporting gender equality in jazz. The festival integrates initiatives into its events that highlight, give voice to, and spark discussions about jazz women and the role of women in jazz.
Founded in 2020, the Paris-Noyon Jazz Festival has quickly established itself as a key cultural actor in the Oise region. Starting with innovative streaming concerts during the Covid-19 crisis, the association now organizes year-round jazz events, culminating in an annual October festival. Since its creation, nearly 6,000 spectators have attended, and the festival has reached over 75,000 people through digital media.
In 2025, Jazz in Noyon takes on a new challenge: championing gender equality in jazz. Under the patronage of Anne Pacéo, a leading musician committed to women and transgender representation in music, the festival is positioning itself as France’s pioneering jazz and blues festival dedicated to women’s rights. By programming female jazz instrumentalists, hosting debates, conferences, and collaborations with feminist associations, Jazz in Noyon is shaping a bold and inclusive future for jazz.
Our ambition is clear: to make Noyon a national and international reference for cultural innovation and equality in jazz, with financial support that matches the scale of this groundbreaking project.
