Fabien Mary & David Sauzay Quintet

This quintet was formed collectively by the five musicians who make it up: Fabien Mary, David Sauzay, Yves Brouqui, Fabien Marcoz and Stéphane Chandelier.
Their repertoire is based on compositions by musicians such as Joe Henderson, Kenny Dorham, Cedar Walton, Freddie Hubbard, Elmo Hope, Sonny Rollins and Gigi Gryce. There are also a few original compositions and references to the Great American Songbook. 
Acute knowledge, exploration of language, interaction: these are the key ideas behind this quintet's direction.
