Juan Villarroel : contrebasse
Alongside drummer Karim Ziad and double bassist Juan Villarroel, Jo Kaiat invites us into his world, where Hebraic, Middle Eastern and West African music meet.
Jo Kaiat is a sensitive pianist, particularly open to the world and its colors. He plays tracks from his third album, "Come to my world", recorded in Tel Aviv, featuring Avishai Cohen. It's an opportunity to taste a spicy, powerful jazz, far removed from the shackles of institutional jazz.
This freshness certainly comes from a desire to reach out to others, to tirelessly build bridges between different cultures.
Another voyage of musical richness not to be missed!
