Jeanne Michard is a young musician of 25 years old.
She decided to learn saxophone at the age of seven, and since then, the instrument has not left her. As she grows up, she quickly develops a great interest in jazz and starts learning this music.
She develops a particular taste for jazz of the 40 '50' and evolves to the sound of Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie, Coleman Hawkins, Sonny Rollins, Bud Powell, Thelonious Monk, etc.
By dint of practice more and more intensive and regularly attending the jam sessions, she quickly meets young talents of the Parisian jazz scene. This shared taste for jazz music then brings these musicians together for sessions
of practice more and more regular then in concert in the Parisian establishments.
This time, the quartet will be composed by Paul Morvan (drums), Alex Gilson (double bass), Clément Trimouille (guitar) and Jeanne Michard (saxophone).
Alex Gilson (double bass).
Clément Trimouille (guitar).
