On July 13, Christian McBride will present "Situation", the result of a happy accident, an improvised band for the Monterey Jazz Festival 2007. Exit the drums, turn to turntables, voice and piano for a trip to the funk galaxy! Fred Pallem & le Sacre du Tympan will take over with "Soul Cinema!" The brilliant collective of musicians of the Hexagon has appropriated some B.O funky and soul jazz of the big time of the Blaxploitation and B cult series of the 1960's & 1970's.
