Not one of the Zoot Octet’s talented stooges is over thirty. The compositions of this collective born in 2016 give pride of place to the tradition with a totally uninhibited freshness, as evidenced by “Zoot Suite Vol.2”, second opus published last November and praised by critics.
In short, the succession is assured!

“Everything is subtle, in writing, interpretation, arrangements …” Le Monde
“One of the most beautiful discs of the year 2018!” TSF JAZZ
“Essential ! It’s been an eternity we have not heard anything as beautiful as Lady Young of Algiers.” COULEURS JAZZ

Pablo Campos (piano), Neil Saidi (baritone saxophone, direction), Noé Codija (trumpet), Clément Trimouille (guitar), Thomas Gomez (alto saxophone), Clément Daldosso (double bass), Ossian Macary (trombone) & David Paycha (drums)
