A true groove machine created by Roy Hargrove in the early 2000s, The RH Factor combines jazz, soul, funk and rap in an explosive combo. A strong tribute to "Black Music", street music, Hip-Hop and R’n’B from the 60s.

Born into a family of musicians, Noé studied jazz guitar from an early age then also turned to bass at the CNR in Lyon. It is part of the SUPA DUPA group and the TOM IBARRA GROUP. He has collaborated with Nemir, Lord Esperanza, ONL de Lyon, Thomas de Pourquery, David Linx, Anne Sila, Ryan Kilgore, The Buttshakers, Charlie and the Soap Opera ...

With all these experiences, he animates jams with accents definitely committed to a multidimensional jazz which draws its sources from different currents, with rising stars of the young generation.
