Carried by the minimalist grooves of drummer Héloïse Divilly and the abrupt gimmicks of Guillaume Magne's guitar, the lyrical power of Swedish singer Isabel Sörling's voice illuminates a kind of dreamy free folk song borrowing as much from jazz as from post-rock or grunge, in an artistic gesture of a delightful insolence.
