Chevallier / Blondiau / Boisseau / Lavergne

In this project, David Chevallier wanted to take shelter under the benevolent wings of John Taylor and Kenny Wheeler, both guardian angels of a rather unique sound in the history of European jazz. The original trio, augmented here by British trumpeter Tom Arthurs, finds the mysterious grace and the right tone in this quest for wonder. Often mixing jazz with other music such as baroque and pop, David Chevallier returns in "Curiosity" to the very source of his inspiration.
