Clelya Abraham is the Caribbean-influenced jazz pianist to watch!

To kick off this fourth year of her residency, Clélya Abraham invites Laure Sanchez, a bassist and singer with a soul and jazz background and an implacable groove.

A programme of compositions combining spatial harmonies and intoxicating melodies in the service of a lively and colourful poetry, with covers of artists who have inspired them in their musical journey, such as Gretchen Parlato, Aaron Parks and other surprises!
A duet of voices and instrumental pieces will be enhanced by the magic of Théo Moutou's drumsticks.

Very early on, Clélya Abraham developed a passion for composition and piano. She turned to Jazz, Nu Soul and World Music, styles in which she flourished thanks to the freedom given by improvisation. After numerous encounters, her #JazzDeDemain residency at the Baiser Salé Jazz-Club since 2018 and the critically acclaimed family project "Abraham Reunion", the young pianist is at the beginning of a rapidly expanding career.
