Tchiva: 3 women, 1 desire, 1 energy! Of Franco-Burkinabe origin, the sisters Mélissa Hié and Ophélia Hié cross paths with Natascha Rogers for a musical encounter between West Africa and Cuba, with the rich tones of drums and percussions, dancing and melodious djembe, dunduns and balafon ...

Bengue: The new creation initiated by the Jazz sous les Pommiers festival, by Fidel Fourneyron (Victoires du Jazz 2019) questions migration.

In this work of composition, the trombonist expresses a poetic vision of what it is like to go and live where one was not born. Stories carried by the deep and sensitive voice of Emma Lamadji within an orchestral ensemble with multiple possibilities, around the unprecedented encounter between the balafons of Mélissa and Ophélia Hié and the marimba of Vassilena Serafimova, the string plays of Clément Janinet and Thibaud Soulas and the many facets of Fidel's trombone.

With the support of the Office Artistique de la Région Nouvelle Aquitaine
