Clément Trimouille Trio

Accompanied by two French jazz legends, Clément Trimouille revisits an iconic jazz formation, the trio without drums. The guitar / piano / double bass formula is reminiscent of the trios of Nat King Cole, Art Tatum, Oscar Peterson, Wynton Kelly and many others.

Clément Trimouille is a young guitarist/composer with a very pure sound, and whose articulation, phrasing and melodic intention make him one of the most engaging guitarists on the Parisian jazz scene. Clément is always looking for a unique voice in this universe, but fans of Kenny Burrell, Barney Kessel, Grant Green, Jimmy Raney, Tal Farlow, Wes Montgomery, don't be fooled, you will be served!  

Alain Jean-Marie, pianist of international renown, is a master who has rubbed shoulders with jazz legends such as Max Roach, Benny Golson, Chet Baker, Jackie McLean, Clark Terry... The poetry of his speech, his touch and his listening rank him among the greatest. The "Victoires du Jazz" recently rewarded him in the category "Victoire d'honneur".

Gilles Naturel on double bass has also accompanied giants such as Benny Golson, Johnny Griffin and Barney Wilen. He is THE French jazz bassist.
