Nina Gat Presents "Ensemble Hors Limites"

The ensemble gathers musicians from the classical and jazz worlds. This project is led by the violinist Alba Obert who in a burst of creativity wanted to merge the musical universes that were close to his heart. Thus were born original arrangements where jazz rubs shoulders with the classical sounds of the early 20th century. Having met pianist Nina Gat in Paris during their studies, the two musicians began playing together very quickly. Their musical affinity continued to grow and it is therefore very naturally that they collaborated by writing and inviting each other on arrangements and compositions, thus creating a repertoire with plural sonorities. Sometimes Jazz, Sometimes Classical, Sometimes Pop expect chamber music like you’ve never heard!

Created in 2012, the #JazzDeDemain slot has given birth to a series of monthly and bimonthly residencies, allowing young artists to experiment with the stage, to hone a repertoire, while presenting it to the public. A promising and promising niche where creativity and emulsion have no limits. #BeCurious!
