Romain Vuillemin Quartet

Every Sunday and Monday, la Rhumerie brings you together for a jazz evening with Alex Swing Events, thus reviving the tradition of St Germain des prés during the fifties, and offers a selection of rums and West Indian cuisine (surcharge + € 1 per order on concert days).

Today, Alex Swing Events presents the Romain Vuillemin Quartet: Romain Vuillemin (Solo guitar and vocals), cut his teeth as a rhythm guitarist with Canadian Denis Chang, Ritary Gaguenetti, Adrien Moignard and Stochelo Rosenberg before to start as a soloist. He is a lover of Django, who favors musicality and breathing over technical demonstration. He is also the guitarist of the Umlaut Big Band.

Their project is more "Django" than gypsy jazz, delighting all fans of Django and the Quintet du Hot Club de France...
