Mario Canonge & Michel Zenino "Duo Jazz"

Seventeenth season as a duo at the Baiser Salé for Mario Canonge and Michel Zenino in a piano/double bass duo. This is a rare exercise, and yet the duo plays, plays again and again, and goes deeper in the presence of a conquered public that always returns.
On Wednesdays, in the intimate room of the Baiser Salé, they play the standards of an extensive repertoire. The deliberate setting aside of the drums makes them attentive at all times. The two jazzmen combine their rhythms in an unparalleled concentration that allows no weakness in the harmonies.
The audience witnesses an unconditional trust between these two great musicians for whom everything seems natural, like a feeling of a telepathic relationship that gives way to unequalled virtuosity.
