Mario Canonge, a pianist from Martinique, and Michel Zenino, a double bass player from Marseille, form an atypical duo that juggles all the standards like tightrope walkers on the thread of jazz history. They have been playing at the Baiser Salé every Wednesday evening for almost 17 years.
Michel Zenino on double bass and Mario Canonge on piano take us on a journey of discovery of the greatest jazz standards, passing through Caribbean and Latin music, for a musical moment of complicity.
