Jam Session - Funk & Blues Special

Mainly derived from soul and jazz, funk is invited to the Baiser Salé for two evenings!

Paying homage to icons such as Johnny "Guitar" Watson, The Meters and Bill Withers, François Constantin invites us to dynamic jams with repetitive rhythms that call for dancing. The smooth voice of Bill Withers, the electric blues of Johnny "Guitar" Watson and the unique sound of The Meters promise a unique evening of funk, blues and danceable grooves!

At the Baiser Salé, we take advantage of the summer to spend unique musical evenings at the Festival Estival de Jam.

For a month and a half, from 22 July to 11 September, 150 musicians will perform: from the youngest to the most experienced!

You will be amazed by a young American drummer of 15 years old, by artists in full rise or by musicians who are already references. The themes are catchy and will appeal to a wide range of people: you don't have to be a musician to enjoy the special energy of these open stages. It is during these moments that one witnesses ephemeral musical emotions and unpredictable encounters. After an hour of concerts, which set the scene, it's time for the JAM!
