Vita Schmidt & Sam Days

Born in Oslo, Vita Schmidt is a Franco-Norwegian singer and songwriter based in Paris, France. Her first album “Know Someone” came out in April 2020, an Alternative Indie Soul reflective journey of understanding and untangling interpersonal relations. She will be presenting the album as well as new songs, with her trusted band at the Sunset Sunside Jazz Club on Tuesday, October 25th.

Singer-songwriter Sam Days grew up antagonistically listening to African-American and Oriental music.  His first single, baptized “Alone”, launched fall 2021. With musical aesthetics influenced by Sting, Sam Smith or Ben Mazué, he crafts an organic music where his witty writing addresses both intimacy and universality.
