A spellbinding concert. A vertiginous flutist and inspired composer, Naïssam Jalal's musical journey is motivated by passion and curiosity. Rich in her Syrian origins, she has assimilated and transcended the essence of European and Arab classical music, the art of jazz improvisation, the urgency of hip hop, the euphoria of funk and the vitality of African traditions. His trajectory is punctuated by prestigious awards such as the Coup de cœur de l'Académie Charles Cros (2017) or the Victoire du jazz (2019). With each project, Naïs-sam Jalal lifts a new veil of his musical universe that gives full meaning to the word freedom.
For this concert in Le Vésinet, the group will be accompanied by the talented Bojan Z. Sensitized since his youth to a classical and improvised musical culture, this Serbian pianist realizes an original fusion between jazz and the colors of the Balkan culture.
