Duved Dunayevski Plays Musette

Every Tuesday from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., Chez Georges welcomes the Alex Swing Events collective, which offers a varied and quality program, following a repertoire of swing / gypsy jazz, the music of Django Reinhardt and Stéphane Grappelli, and many others!

Chez Georges is a very pleasant wine bar on rue des canettes, with a magnificent vaulted cellar in the basement, transformed on Tuesday into a gypsy jazz club!

Duved Dunayevsky is a guitarist and composer based in Paris. He is recognized by many as the leading exponent of Django Reinhardt's 1930s guitar style.

He currently leads the experimental group "Prebop Orchestra" and the "Hot-Club" style ensemble "Duved And His Transatlantic Five", and regularly performs at jazz festivals around the world, keeping traditional jazz alive by continuing to develop through its creative heritage.
