For as long as we can remember Galawesh has been singing. A trendy tune, something from the radio, but mostly the words or sounds that were on her mind. She tried to fit this in with her conservatory training, but was mostly influenced by some powerful women: Björk, Leïla Martial... Galawesh found in jazz the codes of improvisation and continues her way by living strong emotional stage experiences, alongside musicians of the young Parisian jazz scene. This Friday, Galawesh is accompanied by Square Noon and takes us to R&B and soul music. Square Noon is Alexandre Lombard-Buffet, Axel Allright and Arthur Cayuelas, who vitalize their music as in the early days of jazz. The communicative joy of these four friends always makes the Melville vibrate!
