Alex Freiman & The Hot Sauce

Jazz guitarist influenced by the virtuosity of Wes Montgomery, Grant Green and Jim Hall but also by the music and attitude of James Brown, Jimi Hendrix and B.B. King, Alex Freiman's universe merges styles and rewrites its own history. 
Sometimes pure Jazzman, sometimes Crooner, often Funky, Alex Freiman, accompanied by The Hot Sauce, shares a repertoire of original compositions and standards. Jazz, soul and funk create a sound that is at once sophisticated, organic and overall in the art of "Feel Good Music".
Hot Sauce was born in a club in Pigalle where Alex Freiman has been performing in residence since 2021. Their 100% funky playlist plays between each live jazz set. Alex is inspired by it to orient his new project. This mix of rhythms characterizes Alex Freiman & The Hot Sauce today. Afrobeat, Soul, Rock and Blues forge Alex's current energy and creative direction. A new recording is planned for 2023.
