Born in Damascus, Syria, Lynn Adib is an accomplished singer and songwriter.

Her career has led her to tirelessly explore Arabic music and to question its musical place in the heritage canon. Throughout her career, she has engaged in a multitude of collaborations, dabbling in genres as diverse as improvisation, jazz, soul, electronic and experimental music. Her best-known projects include the Lynn Adib Quartet, Nearness, Bedouin Burger and Yalla Queen.

Lynn Adib is considered one of the leading voices of the Arab world. She holds a diploma in Jazz Studies from the Conservatoire National de Paris, where she currently resides. Lynn Adib embodies through her voice and her career this new generation of musicians from the Middle East, in love with freedom and jazz sounds, ready to create beyond all cultural and stylistic borders, mixing jazz, Arabic singing, contemporary music, traditional Syrian music.
