It all starts with a straightforward voice, without artifice. That of Lucie Guillem, the singer behind the Nubë project. It was at the Centre des Musiques Didier Lockwood that she met Maxime Boyer (guitar) and Léo Tochon (drums). In 2021, sharing a jazz background, pop-folk influences and the complicity of playing in a trio, they imagined together this aerial universe: Nubë, "cloud" in Spanish.

Tonight they will present their album SONGS FOR ANANIM. This first album retraces a journey in seven stages, including six compositions, they will add other unreleased pieces for the occasion.  Lucie Guillem and her friend Hayeon Kim Peinard's writing mixes English and Spanish, plunging us into her intimacy: it's about love, everyday anxieties, unanswered questions... The group's sound, which serves the lyrics, oscillates between a soaring atmosphere and frantic rhythms, without ever choosing sides. For this recording, Nubë has surrounded itself with the talented singer-songwriter Lou Tavano as artistic director.

The opening act will be Rhia Motherseal.
