Resolute Trio

Resolute trio is first and foremost 3 friends who have come together around the repertoire of Michel Petrucciani, a major influence on pianist Charly Fez since childhood. The trio offers sensitive, interplaying readings of Petrucciani's key compositions. The trio's name pays tribute to Michel Petrucciani's incredible resilience and willpower.

The trio's open-mindedness naturally leads them towards creation. Their repertoire includes their own compositions, in which melody takes center stage within a resolutely contemporary harmonic and rhythmic landscape. They are recording "Layers", a first EP of original compositions, due for release in autumn.
