Nicolas Fox is a versatile drummer, percussionist and composer who has worked on a variety of projects with artists such as Médéric Collignon, Riccardo Del Fra and, above all, nOx.3 and Linda Olàh.

He has given us only the names of the musicians he will be inviting for this residency, and promises that "each evening will be unique, tailor-made for the 38...".

For this Carte blanche, Fox will be in trio with Quentin Biardeau and Philippe Burneau.

Quentin Biardeau is a French saxophonist, improviser, composer, producer and music director.

In 2011, he founded and wrote the music for QUATUOR MACHAUT. This creation features a reinterpretation of Guillaume de Machaut's Messe de Notre-Dame (14th century).
Co-founder of the prolific TRICOLLECTIF, he has been shaping and nurturing this human and artistic adventure since 2012.
In 2015 he gave life to the trance pop group BOBUN FEVER and joined Théo Ceccaldi's group FREAKS.
In 2017 he founded the electronic chanson group PELOUSE with Xavier Machault and Valentin Ceccaldi, followed by Martin Debisschop.
In 2020, he created his own production company, LE PLOMB EN OR, of which he is artistic director.
In 2021 and 2022 he releases two Ep with CHATAIN, a French-pop duo with Chacha Boogers, produced by his label LE PLOMB EN OR and FIGURES LIBRES RECORDS.
In 2023, he develops a new pop creation with Hélène Duret, COUPLE SYMPATHIQUE.
The same year, he created LAGON NOIR, an afro-psyched Maloya group with singer ANN O'ARO, Burkinabe drummer Marcel Balbone and Valentin Ceccaldi.

Quentin Biardeau: tenor sax, keyboard, electronics
Philippe Burneau: bass
