Julia Richard Trio

A lover of music from an early age, double bassist and singer Julia Richard combines a clear voice with technical skill.
Franco-Mexican, she was quickly seduced by French chanson and rock, and discovered jazz later on. She then embarked on a jazz course at the CRR in Paris, where she worked hard and passionately on her instruments.
For this concert at 38Riv, Julia will present several original compositions rich in her diverse influences, accompanied by Nathan Mollet on piano and Philippe Dallemagne on drums, her two "coups de cœur" as she often says.
The stark contrast between the musician and her instrument will not go unnoticed, but don't be fooled: the young woman will captivate you with her emotion and the precision of her interpretation.
