Viviane Ginapé has been singing for as long as she can remember. In love with Richie Beirach, her favorite singer, Ella Fitzgerald and Sarah Vaughan have left an undeniable mark on her, while Tania Maria and Milton Nascimento have added their Latin touch to her musical palette.

A renowned singer and teacher of vocal expression and improvisation, the dynamism of lyrics plays a central role in her work, as does the range of possibilities offered by scat and vocal improvisation. With Mario Canonge, he's in residence for another year, working on jazz and blues standards!
