Menalua's origins lie in the meeting of an ethereal voice and an acoustic guitar. Over the course of their concerts as a duo, Mathilde Gardien and Romain Salmon have developed a refined sound signature, paying tribute to jazz, Brazilian music and flamenco. Gradually drawn by the desire to compose together, they created their own universe in the form of a quartet, with Matis Regnault on double bass and Clément Brajtman on drums and backing vocals. These four musicians weave inventive, modern music with multiple influences. A special place is given to the mix of vocal timbres and improvisation. Four talents to discover, in constant search of expression and freedom.
