Louise Debaecker

Louise Debaecker fell into music as a child. From the age of 4, she met Jo le Cello (her cello), who quickly became her faithful musical travel companion. With him, she discovered classical music at the conservatory where she took her classes, then improvisation and jazz. Lulled by her father's records, from Led Zeppelin to Crosby Still and Nash by way of the Beatles, and Bach's chorales, Louise developed an eclectic musical curiosity and taste. While finishing her studies in philosophy, she studied jazz, singing, vocal improvisation and jazz cello at the American School of Modern Music and then at the CRD in Bobigny.
