Aurore Voilqué Connection

Every Sunday and Monday, la Rhumerie brings you together for a jazz evening that revives the tradition of St Germain des prés during the fifties, and offers a selection of rums and West Indian cuisine (surcharge + € 1 per order on concert days).

Aurore Voilqué is one of the most prominent current gypsy jazz violinists: she collaborates in particular with Angelo Debarre, Thomas Dutronc, Simba Baumgartner, in France and in the United States.

Here she will play some of the great standards of the style in quintet formation with her old friends...
