Pierre Do Sameiro — Italian Quartet

Originally from the Bordeaux region, where he studied music at the conservatory, Pierre do Sameiro then decided to pursue a technical career, working as a factory worker, mechanic and mobile hydraulic technician. It was while driving his truck, listening to John Coltrane, that he decided to return to music. He perfected his skills at the Centre des Musiques Didier Lockwood, then began his career as a jazz musician in the capital, playing in clubs and jam sessions.
On this album, we discover an engaging saxophonist, accompanied by three Italian friends, all four of whom are here to make open, unpretentious music. That's the pleasure of playing!
