Charly Fez presents his own compositions to mark the release of his first piano solo album.

Pianist and composer, Charly Fez primarily draws his inspiration from the tradition of jazz and is influenced by a variety of artists such as Petrucciani, T. Monk, Red Garland, Robert Glasper, and Brad Mehldau. Moreover, he is passionate about the melodic compositions of French Impressionist composers (Debussy, Chopin, Ravel…) and Japanese composers (Ryuichi Sakamoto, Joe Hisaishi). He is constantly searching for the perfect blend of groove and melody within these different genres.
