FRENCH QUARTER, Jazz in NYC : 4 nights, 4 clubs, 19 showcases and 40 artists gathered to promote French jazz across the Atlantic!
French Quarter, a multi-day and multi-artist festival in New York City, was created by Paris Jazz Club in France to showcase the burgeoning French jazz scene, its dynamic and diverse artists and styles, and to highlight the connections between the U.S. and French jazz communities. It runs January 15-18, 2022, at four city venues.
This year’s program features headliners such as Pierrick Pédron, Samy Thiébault, Émile Parisien or Aurore Voilqué and emerging artists such as Ishkero and Yessaï Karapetian.
French Quarter is organized by the nonprofit music organization Paris Jazz Club, the network of French jazz venues and festivals in Paris and co-presented by TSF Jazz
The Festival is also made possible thanks to the support of ADAMI, Fondation BNP Paribas, Centre National de la Musique, SACEM, SPEDIDAM, Copie Privée, Institut Français, Services Culturels de l'Ambassade de France aux États-Unis, FACE Foundation, Grand Est Region, the City of Paris, the Jazz à Vienne Festival, Django Reinhardt Festival, Nice Jazz Festival, Marseille Jazz Festival of the Five Continents, the Winter Jazzfest, Smalls Jazz Club and the Django.
