Ron Di Lauro & Pierre Bertrand Sextet

Saxophonist, flutist, renowned teacher, but also composer, conductor, arranger, author of film scores, or founder of Big Band: Pierre Bertrand has an impressive CV and envelops you at each of his appearances on stage with his colourful, bewitching, unexpected jazz. From jazz to classical, through popular repertoire and world music, Ron Di Lauro is one of the most sought-after trumpeters in Quebec. At the Faculty of Music of the Université de Montréal, he directs the Big Band, a jazz combo and the Brass Ensemble, in addition to teaching jazz trumpet.
