In 1983, the SunSet set up shop rue des Lombards and quicky became one of the musicians and audience¹s favourite headquarters, thanks to its smooth acoustics and its arched ceilings. This notorious club, where jazz enthusiasts mingle with locals and tourists owes its success to its two concert halls dedicated to jazz and other musical trends. On one side, the Sunside, which has been the temple of acoustic jazz for ten years, on the other side the Sunset (created in 1982) which has recently opened to today's music. Sunset & Sunside proposes an international program worthy of the greatest: Brad Meldhau, James Carter, Martial Solal, Archie Shepp, Kurt Elling, Paolo Fresu, Avishai Cohen, Aldo Romano, Sylvain Luc, Henri Texier, Julien Lourau, Erik Truffaz ... Sunset-Sunside Two world-famous jazz clubs in Paris with consistent quality programming, open all year long, a true reflection of current jazz which raises the bar for excellence in meeting the expectations of discerning musicians. Sunset & Sunside "jazz at all levels for all jazz ..."
