"Music Stories" Par Lionel Eskenazi

New theme at Sunside: "Music Stories" by Madeleine & Salomon and Lionel Eskenazi, SATURDAY JUNE 03 AT 7 PM at Sunside. This premiere of "Music Stories" will be dedicated to Nina Simone to celebrate the 20th anniversary of her death. Madeleine & Salomon will perform seven or eight songs from Nina Simone's repertoire while Lionel Eskenazi will tell his life and career for a total duration of approximately 75-80 minutes without intermission "Music Stories" will be a quarterly meeting on Saturday at 7 p.m. with tributes to musicians and singers that we particularly like and who are classified rather outside the "jazz" sphere. May be mentioned in the next RV: Aretha Franklin, the Beatles, Serge Gainsbourg, Prince, David Bowie, Ray Charles....
