[Live Music] The Beatles In Jazz
Harrison, Laura and Rémi all have some or a lot of Italian blood. On this occasion, you will hear numerous Beatles covers revisited in a jazzy, new and unusual key standards and Harrison's unreleased compositions.
Harrison, the youngest of the three, made his stage debut at age 12 on guitar, when he already knew he would make music his profession. He is 17 years old. He settles in Paris to take master classes in piano and singing at IMEP. He’s planning to record his first album, where he will be on piano, voice and guitar, with his own compositions, words and arrangements.
Laura is a singer and is studying à l'IMEP after completing her law degree. Singing, her principal instrument, which she has developed deeply, accompanies other instruments such as guitar piano and drums. Desiring to become author-composer-interpreter. At this moment she works on writing and producing an EP on the inspiration of her passions: alternative rock, indie pop et RnB.
Rémi, the oldest and most experienced of the three, is known as one of the best double bass players in the jazz world in France and abroad. After touring the instrument and the world, he returned to his first love, the drums. He has participated as a group in numerous records, it would be too long to list, all of which can be seen online. We want to mention in particular, " The Death of hungry man " et "Autopsy of relationship " records where he is the author and composer. It’s a great honor for these two young people to have him next to them on this occasion, bringing all his professional experience.
