Yakir Arbib & Conti Bilong

Afro Baroque is the name of the new exciting duo collaboration between international award winning Israeli pianist and composer Yakir Arbib and Cameroonian virtuoso drummer and singer Conti Bilong. Coming from two distinct cultural backgrounds, the two musicians bring to the table a diverse pallet of colourful traditional rhythms from central Africa and Israel, and reinterpret them in a new language influenced by classical music counterpoint and dynamic interplay.
