FRENCH QUARTER, Jazz Live from NYC is an innovative set of showcases taking place each year in New York City. The goal is to support the notoriety and the creativity of the french jazz scene at an international scale. The festival underlined the old and ongoing link between the United States and French Jazz. On 2021, these concerts will be broadcast live from Jan 11 to 14th at 2pm (NYC time ), from 3 New York Jazz Clubs : The Mezzrow, Small's Jazz Club and Bar Bayeux.
Paris Jazz Club gathers musiciens from the french and american jazz scene in order to hightlight connections between french and american music history and share the new trend of the french scene. American Jazz - born in New Orleans' French Quarter - is a mix of countless influences from all around the globe.
2021's menu for the festival, 3 exceptional concerts. Projects lead by talented french musicians as Alex Terrier, Jérôme Sabbagh, or Clovis Nicolas, played in the mythic atmosphere of New York's iconic jazz clubs.
On its digital form, the festival FRENCH QUARTER 2021 will take place on Paris Jazz Club's website, www.parisjazzclub.net, and also on the social network of our partners. All the concerts will be broadcasted live on radio on TSF JAZZ (France). Both public and professionnals are welcomed to chat with artists after the shows using the comments on the live.
